This is something completely new to me. I guess siphon coffee has become rather trendy but I don't personally know anyone that does it at home. There is a coffee shop near London that does offer it. I was tempted to try it but it was almost twice the cost so I did not get it.
Has anyone here tried using the vacuum pot method? It seems rather hard!
It is very similar to a drip but is thought to preserve more of the flavour. I personally do not notice much of a difference when using the same beans in this and another method. It is too involved for me even if it did make it taste better.

Hmm. If that is the case, not sure if would be worth the effort for me either! I don't like to go out of my way to make something if it will be the same taste as an easier method.
