We source our speciality Arabica coffee beans from some of the finest growing regions in the world, including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Guatemala, Indonesia, and Costa Rica. Every bean is ethically sourced from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Yes. We roast every bag fresh to order. Each batch is roasted for richer aroma and brighter flavour. You will never receive coffee that has been sitting on a shelf for months.
Single origin coffee comes from one specific region, farm, or cooperative, offering unique flavours that reflect the place it was grown. Blends combine beans from multiple origins to create a balanced, consistent flavour profile. Both have their place — it all depends on what you are looking for.
Yes. Our decaf coffee uses Swiss Water and Mountain Water processes, which are 100% chemical free. You get all the flavour, none of the caffeine.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. We offer Royal Mail 48H Tracked delivery for £2.99, Royal Mail 24H Tracked for £3.99, and DPD Next Working Day for £4.99, with free Royal Mail 48H Tracked delivery on all orders over £35.
Store your coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Keep it in a cool, dark cupboard — not the fridge or freezer. This will preserve freshness and flavour for longer.
Due to the nature of consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on coffee or other consumable products — even if unopened. However, we do accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
